• This service is a PLans partner Children's Influenza vaccine service
• This service includes administration fees, consultations, vaccines and immunization procedures by a Pediatrician
• Specifically for Promptus Clinic partners, the services that have been purchased do not include administration and consultation fees which can be paid directly when the patient comes to the Hospital or Clinic
• This service does not include the cost of medicines/vitamins prescribed by the doctor (the fee will be paid by the patient at the time of the clinic visit)

• The influenza vaccine is a vaccine that can protect you from flu. This vaccine should be given once a year. Even though it is a mild illness, flu can actually cause big problems for some people.
• It is important to give the influenza vaccine because flu is very easy to spread. This virus can spread through splashes of saliva or contact with items that have been contaminated with the virus.

• When coming to the Hospital/Clinic, patients are asked to bring proof of purchase of services
• Services that have been purchased are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase and can only be used once
  
• Services that have been purchased cannot be returned/refunded for any reason
