• This service includes: 1 x Ob-gyn Consultation, 1 x Transvaginal Ultrasound, FST Laboratory, 1 x TORCH examination, 1 x Sperm Analysis, IVF Procedure: 1 x OPU, ICSI, ET/FET (free freezing 1 embryo maximum 3 months storage), medicine stimulation as needed
• This service applies to the type of inspection according to the requirements written above
• Services do not include administration fees which can be paid directly when the patient comes to the Hospital / Clinic
  
• This service does not include the cost of additional medicines / vitamins (if needed)
• This service does not include additional laboratory examination costs (if needed)

• IVF ( In Vitro Fertilization ) or what is usually called IVF is one of the treatments for infertility problems in couples who want to have children. IVF is carried out by bringing sperm and egg cells together (fertilization) outside the body.

Terms and Conditions

• After making a purchase, patients are required to register no later than 3 days before the examination via Whatsapp Admin Plans: +62 852-8066-9174
• When coming to the Hospital/Clinic, patients are asked to bring proof of purchase of services
• Services that have been purchased are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase and can only be used once
  
• Specifically for purchasing PLans Kato Ojin Fertility Center partner services, if IVF does not make it to the embryo transfer stage, the only funds returned will be ET and 9 - 12 week ultrasound.
• Services that have been purchased cannot be returned/refunded for any reason
