• This service is a PLans partner Infanrix Hexa (DPT-Hb-Hib-IPV) vaccine service
• This service includes administration fees, consultations, vaccines and immunization procedures by a Pediatrician
• Specifically for Promptus Clinic partners, the services that have been purchased do not include administration and doctor consultation fees which can be paid when the patient comes to the hospital or clinic.
• This service does not include the cost of medicines/vitamins prescribed by the doctor (the fee will be paid by the patient at the time of the clinic visit)

Infanrix Hexa vaccine

• The Infanrix Hexa vaccine is indicated for primary immunization as active protection against Diphtheria, Tetanus, Pertussis, Hepatitis B, Poliomyelitis, and diseases caused by Haemophilis influenzae type B in infants and children aged 6 weeks to 2 years.
