Hepatitis A Vaccine (Havrix Jr)

• This service is a PLans partner Hepatitis A (Havrix Jr) vaccine service
• This service includes administration fees, consultations, vaccines and immunization procedures by pediatricians
• Specifically for Promptus Clinic, the services that have been purchased do not include administration and doctor consultation fees which can be paid directly when the patient comes to the hospital or clinic.
• This service does not include the cost of medicines/vitamins prescribed by the doctor (the fee will be paid by the patient at the time of the clinic visit)

Hepatitis A Vaccine (Havrix Jr)

• Hepatitis A is inflammation of the liver caused by infection with the hepatitis A virus. This infection, which disrupts the liver's function, can be transmitted easily through food or drink contaminated with the virus.
• The hepatitis A vaccine is given in 2 injections, with a susceptibility period for the first and second vaccines of 6 months . The first dose can be given when the child is 12–23 months old. Meanwhile, the next dose is given 6 months after the first vaccine is completed.

• When coming to the Hospital/Clinic, patients are asked to bring proof of purchase of services
• Services that have been purchased are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase and can only be used once
  
• Services that have been purchased cannot be returned/refunded for any reason
