Promil (Pregnancy Program)

• This service is a PLans partner Promil (Pregnancy Program) service
• This service consists of Basic and Advanced Screening Promil (Choose One)
• This service includes administration and doctor consultation fees
• For the Basic Screening Promil service, it includes the cost of medicine for the wife for 30 days
• For Advanced Screening Promil services, medication will be given according to the doctor's indication (if needed)

Basic Screening Promil

• The basic pregnancy screening program includes: HSG, DPL, HBsAg, HIV, Torch and Syfillis examinations (for wives), sperm and drug analysis for 30 days (for wives), 3x ob-gyn consultations and 2x transvaginal ultrasounds.

Advanced Screening Promil

• The advanced screening pregnancy program includes: 2x ob-gyn consultations, 3x transvaginal ultrasound and medication for the wife (according to the doctor's indication)

Terms and Conditions

• After making a purchase, patients are required to register no later than 3 days before the examination via Whatsapp Admin Plans: +62 852-8066-9174
• When coming to the Hospital/Clinic, patients are asked to bring proof of purchase of services
• Services that have been purchased are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase and can only be used once
  
• Services that have been purchased cannot be returned/refunded for any reason
