NIPT

• This service is a NIPT On Site and Homecare partner PLans service (choose one)
• For homecare services, only applies to Bumame partners and applies to the Jabodetabek area
• This service does not include administration fees which can be paid directly when the patient comes to the Hospital / Clinic
• Especially for Innoquest partners, the service includes administration fees
• Services include doctor consultation fees
• Especially for Innoquest partners, services do not include doctor consultation fees
• Services do not include the cost of prescribed medication/vitamins (if needed)

NIPT type

• NIPT (Non-Invasive Prenatal Test) is a risk-free pregnancy screening that is >99% accurate in detecting problems
  genetics, such as Down Syndrome, Edwards Syndrome, and Patau Syndrome in the prospective baby.
• NIPT partner PLans service types: NIPT, NIPT Pro, NIPT Extended (Singleton Only), NIPT Lite, NIPT Premium Singleton and NIPT Premium Twins
• NIPT Test screening can be done as early as possible at a minimum gestational age of 10 weeks
• In Vanishing Twin Syndrome or miscarriage in one of the twin fetuses, NIPT Test screening can be done at least 8 weeks after the miscarriage occurs
• NIPT Premium Singleton services consist of examinations for: Common Trisomy, DiGeorge Syndrome 2, 1p36, 2q33.1, Prader Willi/Angleman Syndrome, Van Der Woude Syndrome, Cri-du-chat Syndrome, Jacobsen Syndrome
• The NIPT Extended Singleton service consists of examinations for: Common Trisomy (Down, Edward and Patau Syndrome), Sex Chromosome Aneuploidy + 84 microdeletions/duplications and gender.

• Services that have been purchased are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase and can only be used once
  
• Services that have been purchased cannot be returned/refunded for any reason
