• Silver Medical Check Up services include examinations: Complete Blood, GDS, SGOT, SGPT, UREUM, CREATININE, URIC ACID, CHOLESTEROL, TRIGLYCERIDES, HDL, LDL, COMPLETE URINE.
• Medical Check Up Gold services include examinations: Complete Blood, GDS, SGOT, SGPT, UREUM, CREATININE, URIC ACID, CHOLESTEROL, TRIGLYCERIDES, HDL, LDL, COMPLETE URINE + Electrocardiography.

How to Redeem PLans Service Orders

1. After making a purchase, patients are required to register no later than 3 days before the examination via Whatsapp Admin Plans: +62 852-8066-9174.
2. When coming to the Hospital/Clinic, patients are asked to bring proof of purchase of services.
