• This service does not include administration fees which can be paid directly when the patient comes to the relevant clinic/hospital (Specifically for PLans Beta Health Care partners, services purchased include administration fees)
• Services do not include the cost of prescribed medication/vitamins (if needed)

Ob-gyn consultation

• An ob-gyn consultation is a series of interviews and examinations by an ob-gyn doctor when they want to carry out a pregnancy program for husband and wife couples
• Ob-gyn consultation can also be done by pregnant women

Terms and Conditions

• After making a purchase, patients are required to register no later than 3 days before the examination via Whatsapp Admin Plans: +62 852-8066-9174
• When coming to the Hospital/Clinic, patients are asked to bring proof of purchase of services
• Services that have been purchased are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase and can only be used once
  
• Services that have been purchased cannot be returned/refunded for any reason
