• This service is an Online Nutrition Consultation service by PLans partners
• The online consultation service lasts 30 minutes
• This service includes administration fees and consultation with a Clinical Nutrition Specialist (SpGK)
• This service does not include the cost of prescribed medication/vitamins (if needed)
  
• Online nutrition consultations can be done for pregnancy programs, pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers and children

Terms and Conditions :

• After making a purchase, patients are required to register no later than 3 days before the examination via Whatsapp Admin Plans: +62 852-8066-9174
• When coming to the Hospital/Clinic, patients are asked to bring proof of purchase of services
• Services that have been purchased are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase and can only be used once
  
• Services that have been purchased cannot be returned/refunded for any reason
