• This service does not include doctor consultation and administration fees which can be paid directly when the patient comes to the hospital/clinic

DNA Testing

• DNA Test is a series of genetic examinations that can provide information based on the composition of the genes that make up an individual
• Genetic Examination DNA Test: Results of 260+ reports grouped into 21 categories
• Sample: Buccal Swab (cheek inside the oral cavity)

Terms and Conditions

• After making a purchase, patients are required to register no later than 3 days before the examination via Whatsapp Admin Plans: +62 852-8066-9174
• When coming to the Hospital/Clinic, patients are asked to bring proof of purchase of services
• Services that have been purchased are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase and can only be used once
• Services that have been purchased cannot be returned/refunded for any reason
