Am I pregnant? If you feel a combination of the following symptoms, you should immediately buy a test pack.
The most common characteristics of pregnancy
Missing your period for more than a week, especially if you have had sexual intercourse in the near future, could be a major sign of pregnancy. However, late menstruation can also be caused by stress or other conditions.
This condition, known as morning sickness, will begin to occur at 1 to 2 months of pregnancy. Even though it is called morning sickness, nausea and vomiting can occur throughout the day. Not all women will experience morning sickness.
In early pregnancy, the breasts will enlarge and may be accompanied by pain like before menstruation. The blood vessels around the breasts become more visible and the nipple color becomes darker.
In early pregnancy, your body will feel tired and sleepy more often. This fatigue may be caused by the increase in progesterone levels that occurs in early pregnancy.
Other characteristics of pregnancy
You may also experience the following symptoms in early pregnancy:
The spots in question are a sign of implantation or attachment of the egg to the uterine wall which occurs early in pregnancy. This nidated blood is normal in pregnancy and usually appears up to two days. The color of the blood is brownish and the amount is small.
When you are pregnant, your sense of taste and smell become more sensitive, so some types of food are no longer desirable. On the other hand, you will also crave certain foods.
Hormonal changes in early pregnancy can also cause cramps in the uterus and stomach.
Increased levels of certain hormones early in pregnancy can make you more sensitive and cry easily. You may also be more irritable during early pregnancy.
Early in pregnancy, hormonal changes will cause the digestive system to slow down, so you may experience constipation.
Apart from constipation, hormonal changes can also make you bloated.
Just like during PMS, hormonal changes in early pregnancy will increase sebum production on facial skin, making it easier to get acne.
Am I really pregnant?
If you experience a combination of these symptoms accompanied by a delay in menstruation, you should confirm this with a test pack . If the results are positive, immediately consult a doctor.
Lifestyle changes are important to maintain fetal health. You are also advised to get plenty of rest, take pregnancy vitamins, and avoid bad habits such as smoking or consuming alcohol.
Good luck!
