• This service does not include administration fees which can be paid directly when the patient comes to the hospital or clinic

• Diabetes examination consists of laboratory examinations: HBA1C, GDP, GD2PP

Terms and Conditions :

• When coming to the Hospital/Clinic, patients are asked to bring proof of purchase of services
• Services that have been purchased are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase and can only be used once
  
• Services that have been purchased cannot be returned/refunded for any reason
