• This service includes doctor consultation fees
• This service includes administration fees (specifically for Promptus Clinic partners, services that have been purchased do not include administration fees which can be paid when the patient comes to the Hospital or Clinic
• This service does not include the cost of prescribed medication/vitamins (if needed)

Terms and Conditions :

• After making a purchase, patients are required to register no later than 3 days before the examination via Whatsapp Admin Plans: +62 852-8066-9174
• When coming to the Hospital/Clinic, patients are asked to bring proof of purchase of services
• Services that have been purchased are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase and can only be used once
  
• Services that have been purchased cannot be returned/refunded for any reason
